As a specialist in women’s fitness, I understand the unique needs and challenges that women face at different stages of their lives.
Back in 2016, I retrained as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. To manage the demands of raising a young family, I designed a bespoke fitness studio in my garden where training sessions take place. For some ladies, a public gym can be a daunting prospect, so this provided the perfect solution. It is a beautiful place to train providing a bright, spacious environment, complete with air conditioning, where you can feel comfortable and supported during every session.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, become a stronger version of yourself, or work on improving your form and technique, I can help support you on this journey.

Personal Training
Tailored 1:1 sessions designed around your goals - whether that's fat loss, strength, confidence in the gym or improving your overall wellbeing. Perfect for beginners or anyone feeling stuck with their routine. Studio, online and mobile training available.

Small Group Training
A cost-effective way to train with others while still receiving personalised coaching. Small groups of 3-4 keep you motivated and accountable. Options include personal training, Pilates or nutrition-focused sessions. Ideal for friends, couples, families and GLP-1 clients.

Nutrition Coaching
Simple, personalised guidance to help you understand what a balanced diet looks like and support goals such as fat loss, strength or improved digestion. No weighing, no tracking, no apps - just clear, realistic advice for busy lifestyles.

Health and Lifestyle Coaching
A 12-week programme focused on sleep, stress, nutrition and movement to help you reset your health and build sustainable habits. Ideal if you're navigating a health diagnosis, high stress, or using GLP-1 medication. Available 1:1 or in small private groups.

This is your chance to visit the studio and discuss your health and fitness goals, plus any limitations you may have. I'll also do a body compositional analysis to analyse your current level of hydration, bone density and lean muscle mass.

Yes, this can be offered as a one-off session to complement your training or we can tailor a personalised nutrition program around your needs to establish some healthy behaviours.
Results vary according to how often you train in and out of our sessions. Typically, clients start noticing improvements in energy levels, strength, and fitness within 3-4 weeks, with more significant changes occurring 10-12 weeks later. A healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs/week.
Yes, I offer online training sessions for those who prefer to work out from the comfort of their own home or place or work.
