Due to the current social distancing rule, I have now had to close the studio and move all my training online. As a result of this change, I am now able to reach out to help more people looking to make improvements to their health and fitness.

During this difficult period, it is understandable that everyone’s priority is on their health. It is for this reason that I have decided to offer my online services to both men and women, and to encourage couples and families to use this time to focus on making changes together to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Complimentary Health & Fitness consultation

I offer a free, no obligation 30 min consultation to discuss your goals and current level of health. I also offer a full Body Composition Analysis to determine your current BMI, % Body fat/muscle, visceral fat level, bone mass and % water hydration.

All sessions are 60 minutes and payable in advance. Workouts available include:

This offer is for new clients only and can be a combination of personal training or healthy eating sessions. To achieve a healthy composition, it is essential that you nourish the body correctly. As this session is online, you could share these sessions with other friends or family members as the number of participants is not limited.
