I can offer you a FREE, no obligation 30 minute initial Health & Lifestyle consultation to discuss your current fitness level and personal goals. This is a great way to benchmark your current fitness.

This includes a full Body Composition analysis: Body Mass Index, % Body fat, % Body water & % bone density.

Personal Training

£25

All sessions are 60 minutes and payable in advance. Workouts available include:

  • Cardio (HIIT/bodyweight)
  • Circuit training
  • Strength & Resistance weights
  • Pilates/Toning & firming
  • Flexibility & co-ordination

Group Workouts

£30

This is a great option to get together with your friends or work colleagues & split the cost.  Simply chose a day & time that suits you all and book yourselves in. Great for those who enjoy the motivation of training with others.
