Following a consultation to discuss your current fitness level and goals, a training schedule (including cardio, strength and resistance moves) will be designed to help you achieve maximum results with exercises tailored to suit your body shape.

This purpose built stunning, air-conditioned studio offers ladies a truly exclusive and private opportunity to train in comfort.
Its clean, bright and spacious environment is equipped with all the latest high quality strength and cardio equipment needed to give you a great all round workout.
I offer a free, no obligation 30 min consultation to discuss your goals and current level of health. I also offer a full Body Composition Analysis to determine your current BMI, % Body fat/muscle, visceral fat level, bone mass and % water hydration.
All sessions are 60 minutes and payable in advance. Workouts available include:

If you would like kickstart your fitness and bring a friend or family member along to these sessions, you are very welcome to do so.
