Emma is a fully insured, Level 3 Personal Trainer whose passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle will inspire you.

Her training in many different exercise techniques will keep you motivated & provide you with all the support and encouragement to reach your goals.

Private Fitness Studio

This purpose built stunning, air-conditioned studio offers ladies a truly exclusive and private opportunity to train in comfort.

Its clean, bright and spacious environment is equipped with all the latest high quality strength and cardio equipment needed to give you a great all round workout.

Cookery & Nutrition advice

Eating a healthy, balanced diet is key to achieving optimal health and fitness.  To nourish your body, there are vital macro and micro nutrients needed everyday.

Individual nutrition sessions offer food diary analysis, cooking techniques, tasting sessions and efficient ways to plan your meals around your own lifestyle.  Cost £25/hour for up to 3 people, including partners.

I can offer you a free, no obligation 30 minute initial Health & Lifestyle consultation to discuss your current situation and any personal goals you may have.

This includes a full Body Composition analysis: BMI, % Body fat, % Body water, % bone density and visceral fat.

Personal Training


All sessions are 60 minutes and payable in advance. Workouts available include:

  • Cardio (HIIT/bodyweight)
  • Circuit training
  • Strength & Resistance weights
  • Pilates/Toning & firming
  • Flexibility & co-ordination

Group Workouts


This is a great option to team together with your friends or work colleagues & split the cost.  Simply chose a day & time that suits you all and book yourselves in. Great for those who enjoy the motivation of training with others.
